YOUR ROLE :

Review and refine content for websites, email and other digital platforms. Ensure grammar spelling and style are accurate and consistent. Asking questions and making suggestions are part of the process and we need analytical thinkers to raise concerns while in the review stages of the project. Collaborate with writers, designers, and project managers to maintain brand voice and deliver clear, polished messaging. This is a FAST-PACED environment where we must keep an eye on details, deadlines and help content stand out.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Proofread all materials to be used for advertising purposes for correct spelling, adherence to grammatical rules and adherence to backup copy.
• Maintain department quality control standards.
• Maintain client-mandated guidelines.
• Assist in copy editing all materials to be used for marketing purposes for clarity of expression, continuity of writing within a package and from campaign to campaign.
• Partner with Copy Editing Lead in completing the evening's work or preparing work for review in the morning.
• Opportunity for training with QA Specialist to learn online interactive quality control processes for web banners, landing pages and emails.
• Demonstrates an informed and thoughtful POV
• Proactively tracks trends in business and market place relevant to Client business

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

This range is specific to Dallas and multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to : skill set, experience and training, certifications; etc. This is an exempt position.
