A-Line Staffing is now hiring Certified Pharmacy Technicians in San Antonio TX 78238. This is a full-time position with 40+ hours per week.

Compensation

The pay for this position is $18.00 per hour

Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Highlights

The required availability for this position is :

• Training : 8 : 00 AM 4 : 30 PM CST, Monday Friday
• Regular Schedule (Post-Training) : 10 : 00 AM 6 : 30 PM CST, Monday Friday
• Rotating Saturday shifts , with Sundays off unless a Saturday is worked (perm Sunday shifts may be possible)
• After training, the position is 100% remote with occasional onsite visits for technical issues or internet disruptions

Responsibilities

Accept incoming calls related to requests submitted to Participant Services

Resolve issues submitted via mail, tasks, or by partnering with other departments such as Pharmacy, Shipping, Customer Care, Finance, Claims Processing, and Eligibility

Work in multiple types of queues and databases to resolve issues

Engage in extensive phone interactions with members and possibly prescribers

Serve as the initial point of contact for Customer Care and Members before involving a Pharmacist for clinical issues / questions

Help resolve issues by working with other departments to ensure timely responses and solutions

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED

TX Pharmacy Tech license or Trainee license in good standing REQUIRED

Experience : 0-6 months (Trainee license is acceptable, and customer service or call center experience is preferred)

Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days of employment

Preferred Qualifications

Customer service or call center experience is PREFERRED
