We are a growing MSP in the Brick, NJ area, serving small- and medium-sized businesses across IT support, network administration, help desk services, VoIP, IP camera systems, and more. Due to continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced Service Engineer who thrives in small- to mid-sized client environments. You'll support multiple business clients (and occasionally residential accounts), actively monitor and maintain infrastructure, resolve escalated issues, and participate in deployments and solution rollouts. You'll also help train newer team members and partner with clients to ensure their environments are optimized. This role includes being on-call one week per month to handle urgent client needs outside business hours.

What You'll Do

• Provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and escalation resolution for client IT systems and infrastructure
• Proactively monitor client environments and intervene to prevent downtime or performance issues
• Lead and assist with deployment projects, migrations, and technology upgrades
• Supervise or mentor junior technicians during client rollouts
• Document all support activities, maintain system diagrams, and keep client configurations current
• Communicate clearly with clients to understand needs and offer status updates
• Be on-call one week per month for after-hours critical support
