A&K Railroad Materials is a nationwide leader in supplying new and used railroad track materials. We take pride in keeping America’s railways strong through quality, reliability, and exceptional service. Now, we’re looking for a hardworking Machine Operator to join our Kansas City, Kansas team.

As a Machine Operator, you’ll be hands-on in producing high-quality rail materials using industrial machines and tools. You’ll read work orders, operate safely, and help make sure every product meets our exact standards. Each order is unique — and every day brings a new challenge to master.

What You’ll Do :

• Operate assigned machines to manufacture rail components accurately and safely.
• Collaborate with your team to meet production goals.
• Maintain inventory of materials to each workstation within the shop, which may include raw materials, removal of debris, pieces of rail, heavy materials, loaded or unloaded bags, sand, and other assorted materials needed within or around the shop.

Requirements :

We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in doing things right. Previous industrial or manufacturing experience is a plus — we’ll teach you everything you need to know to become a skilled Machine Operator.
