Description :

Skilled Nursing Facility in Melrose, MA is seeking a contract Occupational Therapist. New grads welcome; SNF experience preferred. Must hold an active Massachusetts OT license.

Requirements :

Resume, license verification, and prescreen form must be submitted

Completion of background checks and credentialing checklist

COVID test within 72 hours of start

8 hours of dementia training
