Role Summary
We’re looking for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist who can execute and optimize day-to-day affiliate marketing activities. You will manage partner relationships, monitor performance, and keep campaigns compliant and profitable. This is a hands-on operator role focused on execution and consistent results rather than building a program from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the affiliate program end-to-end : partner recruitment, onboarding, campaign setup, and daily performance monitoring.
- Track and report on click-to-lead and cost-per-lead metrics; identify opportunities to improve ROI within set guardrails.
- Coordinate with compliance and creative teams to ensure all materials meet federal and brand standards (TCPA, IRS Circular 230, FTC).
- Maintain strong relationships with affiliates such as review sites, blogs, comparison platforms, influencers, and cross-sell partners.
- Provide accurate partner-level reporting and recommend tactical optimizations to drive sustainable lead flow.
- Work closely with marketing operations and sales teams to ensure accurate lead routing and attribution.

A results-driven marketer with solid affiliate experience who thrives on executing campaigns, maintaining compliance, and delivering measurable performance.
Qualifications
3–5 years in affiliate or performance marketingHands-on knowledge of affiliate platforms (Cake, HasOffers, Impact, or CJ Affiliate)Strong communication and partner-management skillsExperience running campaigns in regulated industries (tax, legal, or financial services preferred)Ability to work independently and hit defined performance goalsBilingual English / Spanish a plus, but not requiredCompensation
