Whether in store or online, your goal is to serve as a Bloomingdale’s merchandise & service expert - understanding the registrant’s needs, guiding the customer journey as the registrant builds value to the registry, and providing support during the experience from start to finish. You will become well versed and educated in merchandise storewide with an emphasis on Home product, offering your expertise to registrants and gift givers. Building and maintaining client relationships and long-term loyalty will be a part of your everyday role\n \n \n \n
