job_description.job_card.job_descriptionA thorough understanding of the LTL trucking industry Prior management, dispatch and dock experience required, preferably in LTL trucking industry Desire to surround customer with excellence in service Must be able to work any shift including nights and / or weekends and in any weather condition An associate or bachelor’s degree, preferred but not required This includes the process of loading, managing forklift traffic, and overseeing proper picking / sortation of palletized freight. Ensure proper load of carriers by monitoring the cube and weight of trailers Monitor dock production, ensuring facility Key Performance Indicator goals are met and / or exceeded. Monitor hours and overtime. Ensure company operational model compliance. Support a culture of excellence in quality of product to internal and external customers

SHIFT Monday-Friday 6pm-4am (Ending Saturday Morning)
80,000 - $100,000 + up to 15% in bonuses
Experience in managing a team, preferably in transportation operations
Oversee night-time operations of our Orlando terminals dock
