We're on the hunt for a Parts Assistant who can keep the shop humming, parts flowing, and vehicles moving. This is a fast-paced, behind-the-scenes role that keeps our technicians productive and service advisors focused on what they do best : taking care of customers.

What You'll Be Doing :

Parts Maestro :

Receive, check, and label incoming parts with precision.

Match parts to the correct repair orders and stash them where they belong.

Communicate quickly if something's backordered, missing, or just plain wrong.

Handle returns, cores, and warranty claims like a pro.

Keep the parts area neat, stocked, and ready for action.

Dispatch Dynamo :

Schedule and dispatch drivers for parts runs and shuttles.

Track deliveries and pick-ups to make sure everything's on time.

Keep the driver schedule organized—board, sheet, or software, your choice.

Loaner Vehicle Captain :

Check in and out loaner cars like a valet with superpowers.

Track mileage, fuel, and overall vehicle condition.

Coordinate cleaning, fueling, and maintenance so every ride is smooth.

Team Sidekick :

Assist advisors and technicians with parts requests on the fly.

Jump in on shop errands or admin tasks related to parts and fleet.

Keep communication flowing with managers and the service team.

What You Bring to the Team :

A knack for organization and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask without breaking a sweat.

Great communication and teamwork skills.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Bonus points : automotive or warehouse / parts experience.

Base pay : $20–23 / hr (DOE)
