Our focus areas include men’s and women’s health, hormone replacement therapy, wellness-based functional medicine, and weight loss. We strive to provide personalized and comprehensive care to our patients in a supportive and patient-centered environment.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will primarily see men's health patients for TRT and wellness, and both men and women for metabolic weight loss. Care is provided both through telehealth and in-office consultations. This role offers the flexibility to balance remote work with in-person patient interactions. Our goal is to add a provider to our team who will adopt our holistic and integrative approach to wellness.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth and in-office consultations for men’s health and wellness, including evaluation for Testosterone Replacement Therapy, peptide therapy, health marker optimization and consultations for our unique metabolic weight loss program for both men and women.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans focusing on functional medicine principles.
• Collaborate with patients and our care team to achieve their wellness and longevity goals.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Stay current with best practices and advancements in hormone replacement therapy, functional medicine, and weight loss management.
