Where You Will Work
You will work at Malibu Canyon, our modern community in Calabasas, CA, nestled in the gorgeous hills of the San Fernando Valley, just four miles away from the Santa Monica hiking trails and The Commons at Calabasas. The community website provides additional context : Malibu Canyon Living.
What We Offer
AIR offers attractive compensation packages that reward performance including :
- Estimated salary range of $105,000 - $120,000 annually + 15% target bonus opportunity. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
- Commissions for new leases and renewals.
- An Apartment Benefit option to live on-site at the community you are working. The market rent is included as additional income to your base salary and automatically applied to 100% of the rent cost. Income taxes apply to 80% of the rent cost, as it is considered taxable income. The unit will be selected and approved by Operations leadership based on availability (certain exclusions apply; specific unit is based on availability and must be approved by operations leadership and an application is required).

What You Will Do
Lead and develop a team of at least 3 direct reportsProvide exemplary service to residents and team membersResponsible for the property budget, increasing revenue, and achievement of operational and financial goalsManage leasing and maintenance team members, facilitate leasing activities, revenue growth, resident satisfaction, as well as adherence to legal standards and company policiesQualifications
At least 4 years of experience with sales, customer service, and asset management ideally in property management or similar industry (hospitality, retail, restaurants etc.)At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role in property management2-4 years of experience leading a team in a competitive sales and customer service environmentProven leader with ability to mentor and coach a diverse group of team membersDemonstrated ability using sales processes and metrics to drive resultsPossess general understanding of financials and budgetsKnowledge of property management systems and tools (Entrata, OneSite, SmartRent, Salesforce, etc.)Flexible schedule with availability to work during core office hours.
