- Accurately process and manage order entries, ensuring all details are correct and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment on sales strategies.
- Follow up on leads and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Prepare sales reports and documentation to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to enhance satisfaction.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve sales processes and increase efficiency.
- Support business development initiatives by contributing to the identification of new market opportunities.
- Previous experience in inside sales, sales support, or a related role.
- Strong skills in both inbound and outbound sales processes.
- Proficiency in order entry systems and managing sales documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
