Join our Madison, WI based team as an Associate National Account Manager! This role will partner with national retail accounts to execute strategies that maximize sales, profitability, and market presence. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the mass market retail landscape and proven experience managing third-party agency partnerships.

A few (but not all) of this position's responsibilities are listed below :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with national retail accounts, driving sales of bicycles, parts, and accessories.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop sales forecasts, promotional calendars, and inventory strategies.
  • Manage and align third-party agency efforts with company goals, brand guidelines, and retail partner needs.
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, business reviews, and presentations to leadership and retail partners.
  • Collaborate with retail partners on marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
  • Monitor account budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources to achieve sales targets.
  • Education & Experience Requirements

  • Associate's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience managing relationships with mass market retailers.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills across all organizational levels.
  • Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau preferred.
