A company is looking for a Director of Sales, Agency Segment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of Sales Managers and Representatives through coaching and performance management
Build and maintain a strong pipeline using data-driven prospecting and marketing initiatives
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, focusing on Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)
Required Qualifications
5+ years of proven success in a sales leadership role, preferably at the Director level
Experience selling to digital / web design agencies; hosting experience is a plus
Proven ability to build, mentor, and retain high-performing teams
Effective cross-functional collaboration skills with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
Operationally rigorous with experience in managing pipelines and forecasting
