Overview
Universal Studio Group (USG) is a global content production division of NBC Universal, producing award winning Television, Podcasts and Graphic Novels. The Coordinator, Marketing will assist in the day-to-day administrative support of the SVP, Global Brand Strategy and Marketing and Marketing team for the Universal Studio Group division.
Responsibilities
- Cover the desk for executive (phones, calendar / scheduling, preparing reports, booking travel etc.)
- Function as administrative liaison to departmental staff, other departments, external vendors and consultants
- Respond to internal and external inquiries, and provide routine information within scope of authority
- Reconcile purchasing cards, executive travel, and expense reports
- Support tracking, reconciliation, and file departmental invoices / accounting
- Handle office administrative duties for the Marketing office (schedule IT, office supply orders, coordinate drive-ons with security and provide check in instructions, schedule facilities, manage office share drives etc.)
- Maintain standards of strict confidentiality with respect to all matters and documents
- Work in partnership with other department coordinators to interview and hire pages and interns
- Support maintenance of distribution and contacts lists
- Secure product order requests

Basic Requirements :
Bachelors Degree1+ years of marketing or project management experience, including internships and Page ProgramWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Desired Characteristics :
