A company is looking for a Patient Experience Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and achieve quality outcomes with a goal of one call resolution
Support pharmaceutical companies by gathering and entering data from patients, providers, or pharmacies for copay card activation and troubleshooting
Maintain communication with leadership regarding patient status and program effectiveness while following established guidelines and escalating complex cases as needed
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum of 6 months previous call center experience preferred
Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft products
Ability to type 30 WPM while conversing
Experience in a confidential information environment
