Mail Clerk

Heyl, Royster, Voelker & Allen, P.C. , is a large, fast-paced law firm seeking a motivated, organized, and reliable individual for a full-time Mail Clerk position in our Edwardsville office.

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A MAIL CLERK

• As a Mail Clerk, you will spend most of your time handling electronic and paper mail in an office environment - sorting, organizing, and sending. You will independently and correctly scan, save, and email documents. You will efficiently and thoroughly manage digital document filing, including encrypted documents and email correspondence. You will excel at processing reports in both electronic and paper form, providing excellent customer service to Firm employees.
• You will fill handle other general office duties that could include reception, front desk, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS TO BE A MAIL CLERK

Despite a fast pace and short timeframes, you excel and are efficient and thorough with multiple large volume tasks . You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to help improve processes and documentation to minimize errors.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary range is $15.50 to $23.00 an hour. The salary offered will take into account several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications / credentials, talent availability and specialization, as well as business needs. The range may be modified in the future.
