We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Assistant Manager to join our team at any of our San Antonio locations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, quick-service environment, leads by example, and has a genuine passion for delivering top-notch customer service. Compensation is between $17-$19 per hour based on experience, with monthly bonus opportunities based on operational performance. Ability to work nights and weekends is a requirement.

Compensation : $17 - $19 hourly

Responsibilities :

  • Support the General Manager in overseeing daily store operations.
  • Lead, train, and motivate team members to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Maintain operational excellence, including product quality, speed of service, and cleanliness.
  • Drive a strong sense of urgency and accountability within the team.
  • Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and cost control.
  • Uphold Andy’s culture and values while fostering a fun, positive workplace.

Qualifications :

  • Prior leadership or management experience in a quick-service or fast-casual restaurant setting.
  • Proven ability to lead a team and manage high-volume operations.
  • Strong communication skills and a guest-first mindset.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
