Key Responsibilities

Provide design leadership and mentor product designers while collaborating with various stakeholders

Define the structure, usability, and functionality of digital experiences across the customer journey

Lead UX research to uncover user needs and create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows

Required Qualifications

8+ years of professional experience in UX design

Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design

Proven track record of designing impactful eCommerce experiences at scale

Experience building and scaling design processes in agile environments

A passion for tools, automation, and AI
