We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Responsibilities :
- Engage directly with customers to address inquiries and provide solutions in a detail-oriented and friendly manner.
- Process invoices accurately and efficiently to ensure smooth transaction handling.
- Manage the cash drawer, including balancing and reconciling funds at the end of shifts.
- Perform order entry tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their needs.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all customer interactions.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or retail setting.
- Strong communication skills for handling inbound and outbound calls effectively.
- Ability to perform accurate order entry tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address customer concerns promptly.
- Availability to work rotational Saturday shifts as part of the weekly schedule.
- Capability to adhere to company policies and collaborate well within a team.
