State Licensed Surety AVP

A company is looking for an AVP, Industry Segments - Surety.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee industry segment(s) P&L results and develop strategic plans for profitable business opportunities

Collaborate with underwriting teams to establish guidelines, attract clients, and monitor loss trends

Lead the surety Reporting & Analytics unit and manage budget allocations for the surety business units

Required Qualifications :

Undergraduate degree in business or a related field; graduate studies preferred

15+ years of experience in Surety or related commercial lines underwriting, with at least 10 years in management

Industry designations such as CPCU or ARM preferred

Comprehensive knowledge of underwriting, pricing, operations, and risk management strategies

Strong analytical and leadership skills with a proven track record in strategic planning
