We’re seeking a creative, detail-oriented Social Media & Content Specialist to grow our digital presence and connect with our audience through engaging storytelling. You’ll create and manage social content—especially video-first campaigns—that bring our brands to life across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, edit, and publish content across social channels (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn).
  • Develop video and photo content that aligns with brand tone and design aesthetics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign strategy, influencer outreach, and community engagement.
  • Monitor channels, respond to comments, and foster authentic conversations with followers and partners.
  • Track and report on performance metrics, using insights to optimize content and campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Proficient in short-form video production and editing (Premiere, CapCut, or similar).
  • Strong copywriting, visual composition, and storytelling skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative with excellent communication skills.
