Leasing Hub Associate - Greater Sandy Springs, GA Area

Role Overview

This is not a community based leasing role. As a Leasing Hub Associate, you help create energy and excitement around Cortland's communities for future residents. You uncover their needs and match those needs with the perfect apartment home.

Qualifications

Stellar 2+ years of customer service experience preferably in sales experience

Demonstrated English or bilingual fluency

Excellent presentation, written, and verbal skills

Strong computer and typing skills

Proficient in OneSite software; L2L preferred

The pay range for the position is $25-27 / hour; this position is not eligible for a bonus or incentive pay

This position is classified as hourly, non-exempt and is eligible for payment of time-and-one-half the regular rate of pay for hours worked over 40 in a week

Flexibility to work weekends and / or extended hours as needed
