Job Description & Requirements Specialty : ED - Emergency Department Discipline : RN Start Date : ASAP Duration : 13 weeks 48 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, nights Employment Type : Travel Southern Rural IL hospital is in need of a Critical Access ER Nurse with ability to float Med Surg RN for ASAP help. This facility has a 5 bed ER with 24 bed Med Surg looking for a strong candidate for help in both. Ratios for Med Surg can go as high as 7 : 1 with a majority of patients being lower acuity swing bed patients. The ER on average sees around 15 patients per shift with 2 ER RN's on staff and 2-3 Med Surg working each shift.
