Responsibilities
Guide customers through the full vehicle purchasing process by helping them find the perfect Subaru to meet their lifestyle and needsNegotiate and close sales while maintaining high levels of customer satisfactionBuild lasting relationships through exceptional communication and follow-upCollaborate with the sales team and management to meet and exceed dealership sales goalsStay knowledgeable about Subaru products, features, financing options, and market trendsMaintain accurate records of sales activity, customer information, and follow-upsWork in a fast-paced, high-energy, family-oriented environment that values teamwork and customer focusSchedule
Full time, 8AM to 5PM or 11AM to 8PM

2+ years of automotive sales experience preferredExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsStrong work ethic with a self-motivated and ambitious mindsetAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and customer-focused environmentValid driver's licenseCorporate Hiring Requirements : Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
