HR Project Manager

A company is looking for a Lead, HR Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end projects to support the development of the People Operations team

Create and maintain project schedules to ensure milestones are met

Facilitate day-to-day workflows and monitor project activities and resources

Required Qualifications

5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a fast-scaling company

Experience with project management software such as Jira and Asana

Ability to structure ambiguity into clear project plans

Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple project timelines

Self-directed with a proactive approach to improving team output
