Maintenance Support Associate (1st & 2nd Shift)

ADUSA Distribution is seeking a Maintenance Support Associate to perform general facilities maintenance functions and support all facilities maintenance groups, including building maintenance, lift shop, and sanitation. The role supports the overall needs and operations of the distribution center.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic functions for building maintenance, lift shop, and sanitation as assigned (e.g., checking fire extinguishers, water batteries, parts runs).
• Assist and support the Maintenance Department Mechanics and Technicians in performing work orders.
• Work the needed schedule to perform assigned duties.
• Make recommendations for modifications to procedures or processes impacting their work group to maximize efficiency, productivity, and reduce costs.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
• Ensure compliance with Delhaize America standards in the areas of accuracy, safety and productivity.
