We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Warehouse Office Manager to oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations and facility management. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong background in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and team leadership. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure the efficient and accurate flow of goods, maintain a safe and organized work environment, and manage administrative duties as needed.
Expected Duration of Role : This full-time position is anticipated to run through December 2026, with potential opportunities for ongoing full-time employment beyond that timeframe.
Location : Dallas, Texas – On-site
Job Type : Exempt
Work Schedule : Standard on-site hours are Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, with flexibility required based on business needs, including occasional evenings or weekends.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
Generate and analyze WMS reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order fulfillment rates, shipping accuracy, and inventory turnover.
Coordinate and oversee all facility upkeep and maintenance, including repairs, cleaning, and equipment servicing.
Oversee general office duties, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
