Are you a proactive, detail-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment? We're looking for a Project Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality commercial glazing projects—on time, on budget, and with a commitment to safety and excellence.

In this role, you'll be empowered to drive project success from start to finish. From coordinating materials and manpower to building strong relationships with clients and internal teams, you'll be the hub that keeps everything moving forward.

What You'll Do :

• Take ownership of project planning, coordination, and execution for commercial glazing installations.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, suppliers, and field crews to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Procure materials and equipment on budget and in alignment with project timelines.
• Collaborate with the Field Operations Manager to schedule labor and optimize efficiency.
• Track project profitability and participate in monthly WIP (Work In Progress) meetings.
• Provide insights and feedback to Estimating and Field teams to continuously improve processes and outcomes.

What We're Looking For :

• 2+ years of commercial glazing project management experience.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident decision-maker who thrives under pressure and keeps projects moving.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other construction management software.

Pay : $100,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
