Wiman Corporation, located in Sauk Rapids, MN, is on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Production Helpers. As a key player in the production of high-quality plastic film for industries like healthcare, automotive, and more, you'll be at the forefront of innovation and excellence.

Position : Machine Operator Helper

Location : Sauk Rapids, MN

Type : Full-time Direct Hire

Hours : 2nd shift : 3pm - 11pm & 3rd shift : 11pm - 7am

Pay : $21.10 + shift differential (2nd- $0.50 & 3rd- $0.85)

Job Summary :

As a Production Helper, you'll work alongside our dedicated team to assist machine operators with daily tasks. From maintaining a clean and safe work area to ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, you'll play a vital role in our operations. Plus, with the potential to earn up to $300 in weekly bonuses after 30 days!

Responsibilities :

• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor or manager.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Complete all tasks within the given timeframe.
• All other related duties as directed by the Supervisor.

Skills and Abilities :

Basic reading and writing skills in English.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements :

Manufacturing experience preferred.

High school diploma or GED

Able to lift up to 75 lbs.

Able to stand the majority of the workday.

Able to perform repetitive job functions; hand mobility, bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling.
