Architecture Associate

Job Description

BDG Architects has an immediate need for a talented, creative, and motivated Architecture Associate. This is a full-time position that will be based out of our downtown Charlotte, NC office. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience and proficiency in Revit is required. License is not required at this time but a degree from an accredited school of architecture is required. Project types will include primarily Banking / Financial Services with some participation in Hospitality / Restaurants and Industrial.

Roles and Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following :

• Participate in the development of functional, sustainable and client inspired designs.
• Focus on all phases of the design process including Schematic Design, Design Development and the production of Construction Documents.
• Assist with Construction Administration tasks including construction site visits, submittal, and RFI reviews.
• Perform specific / limited portions of assignments using prescribed methods for a variety of architectural projects under the general supervision of a senior licensed architect.
