Pay : $18- $25 an hour- Full-time

Requirements

• Experience in pond / lake maintenance, landscaping, erosion control, or stormwater maintenance
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and work in various weather conditions
• 6 months of equipment operating experience ( mini excavators, skid steers, dozers, etc)
• Comfortable working around water, slopes, and environmental risks (bees, poison ivy, etc.)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate team members
• Commitment to safety practices with chemicals and equipment
• Ability to follow company policies and values
