Clinical Manager Neuroscience Clinic

Gundersen Health System is seeking a dynamic and collaborative Clinical Manager to lead operations within our Neuroscience Clinic in La Crosse, WI. This role offers the opportunity to manage high-performing teams and support strategic growth across several subspecialties.

What You Will Do :

  • Lead and manage clinical operations for the Injection Clinic, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R), and Pain Medicine.
  • Oversee a team of approximately 30 direct reports, including Registered Nurses, Medical Assistants, PeriOp Techs, Department Secretaries, and a Massage Therapist.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow Neuroscience Clinic Managers, Clinical Operations Director, and Medical Director to achieve unit goals.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, staff development, and high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in strategic planning and change facilitation, including competency development and cross-coverage coordination.

    • What You Need :

  • Required : Bachelor's degree in Business or a health-related field; 3-5 years of clinical or equivalent healthcare experience demonstrating leadership skills.
  • Desired : RN license in the state of Wisconsin (preferred but not required); 1 year of management experience.
