Rotating Equipment Technician

This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $25.00 / hr. -$30.00 / hr., depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Performs duties assigned under the direction of Shop Manager to ensure the team is aligned on the goals and objectives for the team for each day.
• Perform and oversee the disassembly, inspection, repair, and reassembly of pumps, compressors, turbines, gearboxes, and related rotating equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and lead root cause analysis on equipment failures.
• Interpret technical drawings, OEM manuals, and repair specifications.
• Ensure proper documentation of repair findings, measurements, tolerances, and parts used.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and capability to use shop equipment (Drill Press, Pneumatic Hand Tools, Horizontal Bandsaw, cutting torch)
• Requires travel to job sites.
• Capable of working independently with little to no supervision.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, complying with company and industry safety regulations.
