📦 Warehouse Supervisor (2nd Shift)

Schedule : Sunday–Thursday | 4 : 00 PM – 12 : 30 AM

Flexibility required—may need to cover other shifts as needed

About the Role :

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for driving results? We're looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, from receiving to shipping. In this role, you'll ensure performance targets are met, maintain a safe and clean workspace, and motivate your team to excel in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do :

🔹 Oversee Operations

Manage inbound / outbound shipments to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.

🔹 Promote Safety & Efficiency

Champion workplace safety and ensure the proper use of materials-handling equipment.

🔹 Lead the Team

Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse associates to support individual and team growth.

🔹 Maintain Inventory Accuracy

Safeguard stock integrity and help reduce shrinkage.

🔹 Collaborate Across Teams

Partner with buyers and operations teams to address issues like stock shortages and damages.

🔹 Drive Continuous Improvement

Analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities and streamline workflows.

What You'll Bring :

✅ Education : High school diploma or GED required

✅ Experience : Previous warehouse management experience, especially in inventory control and distribution

✅ Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities

✅ Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

✅ Team-Oriented : Lead by example and collaborate effectively across departments

✅ Adaptable : Thrive in a fast-paced environment and embrace change

✅ Flexible : Willing to support other shifts as needed
