Title : Workday Consultant

Location : Southwestern United States (Onsite)

Description

Provide project support for Recruiting and Talent modules.
Assist with daily production support as needed.
Configure business processes and support testing activities.
Implement system enhancements and create validation rules.
Troubleshoot user issues and document workflows.
Perform quality audits and monitor IT tickets.
Identify opportunities for streamlining processes.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and manage business processes for recruiting and talent.

Support testing by developing test plans and creating test cases.

Implement system enhancements and create calculated fields.

Troubleshoot production issues and document workflows.

Perform quality audits and monitor case resolutions.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.

Experience with systems administration and troubleshooting.

Ability to document thoroughly and develop proof of concepts rapidly.

Strong multitasking skills and clear communication abilities.

Experience translating customer requirements into technical documentation.

End-to-end experience implementing functionality and modules.
