Entry-Level Shop Helper / Laborer

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Shop Helper / Laborer to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in a manufacturing and maintenance environment. The Shop Helper will assist with a variety of tasks including material handling, basic machine operation, cleaning, machine maintenance, and general shop support. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job / Skill Requirements :

• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools (e.g., drills, grinders, saws).
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
• Able to stand, bend, and perform physical labor for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Basic mechanical aptitude or interest in learning mechanical systems.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Willingness to perform cleaning and general maintenance duties.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, but not always required).
