$15,000.00 sign on bonus

Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive home assessments, tailored specifically to pediatric patients, evaluating their medical, developmental, and environmental needs to determine eligibility for our specialized services.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique physical, emotional, and social needs of children, working closely with families and healthcare providers.
• Provide skilled pediatric nursing care including medication administration, wound care, injections, and disease management, ensuring safety and comfort for your young patients.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams such as pediatricians, therapists, social workers, and nutritionists to deliver holistic care that supports the child's growth and development.
• Supervise and train home health aides working with children, ensuring adherence to pediatric care standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and document clinical progress tracking changes in the child's health status and adjusting care plans accordingly.
• Participate in case conferences to collaborate on treatment strategies, discharge planning, and ongoing care needs, keeping families informed and empowered.
• Complete timely documentation of assessments and interventions, ensuring all records are accurate and submitted within 48 hours.
