A company is looking for a Helpdesk Specialist to provide technical support and assist users with IT-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for computer hardware, software, and telecommunications issues
Provide technical support for MS Office, desktop configuration, and troubleshoot printer connection issues
Maintain support documentation and manage user accounts in Azure and Exchange Admin Center
Required Qualifications
Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
Understanding of technical support practices, including ticket documentation and service level agreements
Ability to work independently and under time pressure
Flexibility for rotating on-call schedule and coverage for peers
Experience with Azure Administration and Intune management
