A company is looking for a Customer Verification Associate - Spanish / Bilingual.
Key Responsibilities
Verify customer loan information through inbound and outbound calls
Document and accurately enter new or updated information during verification calls
Identify and escalate verification or risk-related issues to management
Required Qualifications
Two years of call center or customer service experience required
Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Internet, and email
Strong typing skills
Availability for one evening shift until 9 PM and one Saturday shift every 7 weeks
