This is a pivotal leadership role for a professional who thrives in both strategy and execution, driving safety, quality, and compliance across all phases of complex structural projects.
From pre-construction through project close-out, you’ll champion operational excellence, elevate performance standards, and help shape a culture where safety, quality, and accountability define success.

What You’ll Bring
10+ years of progressive experience in safety, quality, or risk management (construction or manufacturing industry preferred)Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree a plus)In-depth knowledge of AISC Certified Steel Erector Standards , OSHA, and related industry compliance programs – RequiredRecognized certifications such as CSP, ASP, CHST, or equivalent (preferred)Strong analytical, communication, and leadership capabilitiesProven success in implementing and managing quality and safety management systemsValid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally to job sites as needed (approx. 25%)Authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorshipAbility and desire to relocate to TennesseeWhy You’ll Love This Role
