Position Overview

As a Horse Barn Designer at Ulrich, you help customers live more memorable lives by designing solutions that exceed their expectations. While the team is responsible for ensuring that the buyer journey and expectations are aligned, you will be primarily responsible for receiving the handoff, guiding the customer through the Ulrich Proven Process, and earning the business by serving, not selling (part of our proven process). Your personality, ability to build trust through curiosity will be key for unlocking their needs, wants, and dreams to design the perfect solution.

Compensation and Benefits

• On Target Earnings : $80,000-$200,000
• Base : $45,000-$55,000 (plus tiered bonuses $42,000-$250,000+)
• A monthly bonus is earned based on performance
