Key Responsibilities
Act as a strategic partner to GTM leadership, aligning people strategies with business objectives
Lead the design and execution of performance management frameworks and talent development programs
Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations issues and mentor junior HR team members
Required Qualifications
5+ years as an HR Business Partner in a high-growth SaaS or technology company
Experience influencing executive leadership and driving organizational transformation
Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or HR certification preferred
