Overview
Responsible for scheduling and tracking inbound truck deliveries.
Responsibilities
- Daily point of contact for sales and carriers
- Schedule all incoming deliveries
- Anticipate potential problems, analyze data and trends, resolve problems, and recommend solutions.
- Generate and maintain reports using Excel and other systems.
- Maintain accuracy of all paperwork and report with confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Create and maintain relevant information in ERP and transportation system.
- Functional backup in logistics
- Other duties as assigned
