Fullstack Developer (AI Tools / Design Systems)

Insight Global is seeking to hire 8 Fullstack Developers with a concentration in AI powered tooling or design systems experience. Candidates will be aligned to a AI team focused to deliver 8 AI tools that will help drive efficiencies within the internal design system team. Each developer will be aligned to their own tool to deliver and create. The role will require candidates to build design system tools to help automate and translate design system libraries across platforms, create tools that power higher quality building blocks for designers and developers to use, as well as test product ready tools to safeguard the quality and inclusivity of scaling with the individual tools created. Each tool is primarily scoped out, but the developer aligned to it will be able to ideate, create and bring perspective into the ideation sprint phase before executing on development. Each developer will work with a Product Lead, DevOps and Engineering Lead and User Researcher and Designer.

6+ years of hands on experience within fullstack development

Proficiency in TypeScript and React : This is the core technical skill set for building a modern, high-quality plugin.

Strong Understanding of the Figma Plugin API.

Good UI / UX Sensibility : Since they are building a tool for designers, the developer should have an eye for creating a user interface that is clean, intuitive, and easy to use.

Backend Skills (Node. js, Python, APIs)

Backend - mobile and web - if not both then web is preferred - react, angular

Generative Al experience -used generative AI in working apps- python, JavaScript, building internal tools , html, CSS
