About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team in a full-time remote position. In this role, you will play a critical part in expanding our client base, nurturing long-term relationships, and contributing to our continued growth. You’ll work closely with our marketing and training teams to align strategies, maximize opportunities, and deliver tailored learning solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate and IT training segments
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling
  • Understand client needs and recommend customized education solutions
  • Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation and promotional campaigns
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline progress

Requirements

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to build trust and rapport with clients
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service
  • Familiarity with the education or IT training sector (preferred)
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales goals
