Occupational Therapist (OT) – Thornton, CO

We’re seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Thornton Center in Colorado for a 3-month contract starting ASAP . This role is ideal for someone passionate about working with the aging population and ready to jump in to provide gap and LOA coverage .

  • ? Location : Thornton, CO 80241
  • ? Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM–4 : 30 PM
  • ? Contract Duration : 3 months
  • ? Start Date : ASAP
  • ? Interview Format : 30-minute Teams video meeting with the hiring manager
  • ? Ideal Candidate Profile :
  • Epic EMR experience
  • 1+ year working with the elderly or frail population
  • Licensed and certified Occupational Therapist (OT, MOT, or OTD)
  • Registered with the state of Colorado
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • ? Key Responsibilities :
  • Provide OT evaluations and treatments for participants
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
  • Conduct home visits and educate caregivers
  • Maintain documentation and participate in quality assurance activities
  • Support participants in assisted living and nursing home settings
