We're looking for a
Sr. Staff Development Specialist
to join our team!
In this role, you'll assist in coordinating all in-service and orientation training for staff and work closely with supervisory staff in all training needs.

What YOU'LL Do :
Coordinate orientation training for new staff and ensure that orientation is completed within sixty (60) days of employment.
Track all required training for employees using in-service tracking systems.
Evaluate current literature and staff development materials to ensure the agency has access to up to date materials.
Provide on the job coaching for direct support staff to assist in the development of needed competencies.

Schedule : Generally day time hours but may need to do some afternoon / evenings during times when staff are training. Generally off on weekends, but will have on-call responsibilities on a rotation basis.

What YOU'LL Need :
Bachelor's degree in relevant field, preferred
2 years experience in quality assurance or staff development
3 years experience in the field of developmental disabilities
Certification as an instructor in CPR and / or Behavioral support training.
