A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Appeals & Grievance Specialist

Duration :  12+ Months

Location : Corona, CA 92881 (Hybrid)

As an Appeals & Grievance Specialist, you will :

• Provide support in healthcare services, customer service, and grievance and appeals processes.
• Manage the organization's complaint and grievance procedures, ensuring thorough investigation and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance member experience.
• Collaborate with internal departments, managers, and physicians to ensure timely resolution of concerns.
• Research and resolve member complaints and grievances and communicate decisions appropriately.
• Ensure all processes comply with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain high-quality work standards while meeting performance timelines.

The ideal candidate will have : The ideal candidate will Healthcare Appeals and grievance experience.
