Job Description

The Director, Tax Planning & Special Projects is a key member of the corporate tax team and will work closely with the Vice President Tax. You will work collaboratively with tax team members and cross-functional teams on various initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax, finance, legal etc. to ensure alignment of tax planning strategies.
• Support M&A activity from a tax perspective.
• Research tax issues and prepare tax technical memorandum and documentation.
• Assist with US tax reporting for international operations (GILTI, FDII, BEAT, Pillar Two).
• Facilitate federal tax controversy.
